Volunteer-Painted Public Art Comes To Long Island City

My article for the LIC Post on some new public art coming to Long Island City, a neighborhood in western Queens, NYC. The public mural, designed by local artist Mark Salinas, will be painted by community volunteers. Salinas will lay down a stenciled outline and they will fill it in.
