See It: Logan Hicks’ Intricate Stencil Mural On The Bowery Wall

Couldn’t save this one for the roundup. There’s a new mural up at the Bowery Wall, a rotating public art space (and onetime home to a Keith Haring work) owned by Goldman Properties. Artist Logan Hicks created the intricate stenciled work, called “Story of My Life.” Hicks photographed family, friends, friends-of-friends, and passersby and then painted them all converging at once on the corner of Spring and Greene Streets, according to reports.

The mural was expected to go up earlier, but apparently rain damage during painting required him to start over.

Some photos of the work are below, via Hicks’ Instagram. Gothamist also has a really nice collection of photos from Scott Lynch, which you can check out here.
